Spurred on by a request from one of my former in-class students, I've begun private, one-on-one creative writing coaching. I love this work--why didn't I think of it myself? :)

These sessions take place on the phone and by exchanging documents over email--so geography doesn't limit us. We convene every 3 weeks on the phone to discuss your works-in-progress, as well as a short creative writing exercise tailored just for you. I read and comment on up to 10 pages per session. Each phone call lasts one hour, and I put in another hour + of prep behind the scenes, reading your work and designing your exercise.

Coaching packages consist of 4 sessions over 12 weeks.

Pricing per 4-session package is sliding scale and as follows:

Students, working artists, nonprofit and social justice workers, those with disabilities, and low-income (under $30K/yr): $360 If your income is $30-55k/yr: $440 If your income is $55-99k/yr: $520 If your income is $100k/yr+: $600
